Mother & Child Necklace: Symbolizing that special bond...
Gift Background
A lovely Akoya pearl hangs beneath a silver shell. The shell symbolizes "mother" and the pearl, her child (or children).
This shell was picked up on a long walk down Redondo Beach in California. Later, a mold was made to capture all the natural details of the shell before casting it in sterling silver. The pendant design was then completed with a lovely Akoya pearl (AA grade). Finally, it's hung on a 16" sterling silver cable chain.
